Grillcraft Grill, Leer 100q top, 5100's on four corners, OME 885x up front, OME Dakars with add a leaf in rear, Lighting, a mix of Rigid and Chinese LED's, US Off Road hidden winch front bumper, SOS offroad conceprs skids, and rear bumper with swing out
I found it was easier to assemble that part off the truck and install it in one piece. I put both bars on a flat surface slid the t-nuts in roughly spaced out to line up with the holes started the threads on the center one. Then slid the bars till I could line up the holes in each direction. After I did both bars I center the bars under the air dam and tightened everything down starting from the center.

Thanks for all the help and replies guys  especially Craig, Zach, msoverland, FMF, and DoorDing. I was able to get it installed and figured out last night. It took about 10 min to install the bars on the deflector, line up the holes for the t slot nuts and install it on the rack. Apologies for my incompetence.

I don't think anyone has experienced the galvanic corrosion. There were many items suggested as preventative care but the corrosion itself is something that may happen long term. I have had mine rack on for nearly a year now with no signs of it.

Hopefully, finally getting my rack on my 3rd Gen 4Runner this Sunday. Not going to lie, a little nervous about drilling holes in my roof, but it will be ok. Hopefully then you can get some more traction on 4Runner orders Zach.

Excited to see how everything turns out. If it makes you a little less nervous. The brackets for the front mounts have two holes. I would probably start by drilling one for each side and see how sturdy it is. If it works out to be strong enough that way you can leave it. If you want more support, add the second hole later.

Couple of spy pics of new products. Basket conversion rails and a platform with more tie down hooks and loops than you can imagine. For those who don't want more crossbars but need a way to secure smaller items.

Don't mind my extremely dirty truck.

Saw on IG you guys had a spot for a light bar mount. Looked the side rail's were cut specifically this way? Is this going to be a future option or just a one off thing? I was thinking of just drilling into the side rails and mount it myself then have the fairing shortened (friend has a plasma table) so it can mount just above the light bar.

It is certainly an option for those who want it just not a standard production item right now. I have done one and am shipping out another this weekend. It all depends on how large of a light bar you want. The rack is 47" wide so a 40" or 42" fits well in the rack as you mention above. If you want a 50" or 52" then the specially cut rails are the way to go. I have decided that I will be doing a 40" bar on my truck and the deflector will be half as tall to allow the light bar to sit on top.

Thats exactly what im looking for  Any chance you can post some pics whenever you can just to make sure were on the same page? If you could already have a spot for the light bar modified and the fairing cut correctly that would save me a lot of time. Thanks!

^^^^^^^Sure is. Can't wait to see it, and rest of the rather long list of mods you have planned on your truck.

I will post up some renderings of the concept I have for mine. I don't know when I will get the light bar but the deflector is being laser cut now.
