Anyone wanting me to begin processing their order during the next week and a half I need your order info and payment by Midnight PST on 3-7-2014. After that I will be out of town and unable to order materials or process orders.

I will have pictures of a full rack setup tomorrow complete with deflector. Also to Sytfu510 and KingOfApple, your orders will ship tomorrow so they should arrive early next week.

A couple of quick shots from the airport. I finally got my racks installed today and am very happy with the setup. Still need to get them blacked out but they are strong and sturdy and look pretty darn good. Sorry about the crappy photos. Ran out of time for a real photo shoot so these iPad photos will have to do for now.

New pictures in the original post! I am back home now and all orders that were placed before I left will be getting packaged up and shipped out this week. New orders should be pretty quick as I have most of the materials in stock and ready to go.

    Wow..looking great! A few questions/comments:
So the weather stripping, I guess you would have to cut it into pieces to make it fit into each section if one wants to keep the stripping.

For the mounting, there was some concerns about the holes not aligning. Will the mounts have slotted holes? Or can that be an option?

The bolts in the crossbars, are those for some kind of tie downs? Or?

I ended up with Snugtop Rebel with 60" Thule tracks, so think I'm going end up deciding to go with a 60" rack...not sure if I want to go aluminum or steel.
    What's the weight difference?

The weather strips can be cut into sections or you can punch/cut holes in them where the spacers pass through. I just haven't had time to reinstall mine yet. Once I do I will have a tutorial for it.

I mounting holes on these are larger so that there is plenty of wiggle room to make sure any differences with the mounting holes shouldn't be a problem. I tested them on one other truck and didn't have a problem so they should be fine. Just make sure you get all bolts started before you start tightening them all down.

I include tie down rings with every rack. I haven't put them on mine yet but each rack will come with six. 1 for the front, middle and rear on both sides. The bolts shown in mine are just there to hold the t-nuts in place for the time being.

If you want a rack that is 60" in length the side rails will have to be steel, as the maximum I can do 59" on the aluminum. The crossbars will be aluminum regardless so you won't see a huge weight difference with just the rails being different. If you have a long bed though and are wanting the longest rack possible I would go with steel and go even longer than the 60". My tracks are like 46" long and the rack is like 56" so it extends past the tracks on each side.

Do you get any glare off your light bar? Im interested in doing the same thing but have heard the light needs to be pushed forward to avoid glare off of the windshield.

Ok great...I'm going to do some measuring for the shell rack and let you know what I want to do, I had 60" tracks installed and it appeared that a 70" rack would be perfect up there.
When is your next run of racks? I may be ready by then!

Oh another thing...will you be designing and building any wind deflectors (like Homertaco's) that attach to your rack?
I'd be interested in something like that at least for the shell rack.

Only glare I get is very minimal. My previous setup was similar in location and worked out well.

I have most materials for the racks ready to go so once you order they will ship out fairly quickly. The rack for the topper will have to be special made for yours since it will be longer. As soon as you place the order I will get it going.

I can design something similar if you are interested. It is on my personal to do list, I just don't know when I will get around to it. It will be pretty simple to do though so once you are ready to order we can work out the details and get it going.

I'm curious! I'm looking for more of a flat flooring option. The lady and I are both into laying around star gazing, but the rtt and bedrack made that impractical. I'm looking for a dynamic load rating of 400 lbs. that kind of thing makes her frisky ;)
