    You can get hoops welded on. You would just need to touch up paint afterwards.

    FYI..... Harbor Freight has some good deals this weekend on their Pelican knockoff cases . Perfect for recovery gear on top of the Prinsu. They're called Apache.

    The suitcase size case is freaking $29 today. Vs the $149 pelican. Amazing deal.

    Deal goes all day tomorrow too. The long rifle cases are still kinda expensive. But the medium size is $29. Perfect for my two handguns, different rounds, etc. Then I bought another for recovery gear to throw in the back.

    So, maybe I'm an idiot but I installed some tie down points last week and had to take the 1/4" carriage bolts to a grinder because the heads definitely did NOT fit in the slots on my crossbars... Anyone else ever have this issue?

    The bolts needed about 1mm off on each side to fit as well as grinding down the actual head.

    A few mods here and there and counting....
    I had to do the same. None of the 1/4 ss carriage bolts I've gotten fit straight out of the box. Always had to grind down the sides.
