That's what I did. Just ran the cable down the side of the windshield in that gap. A few small pieces of double sided tape to hold it in place.

 

Could we get some nice pictures of this for the future benefit of this thread as well as others where people may be installing light bars?

Me too, I was more curious if you had come across sealants superior to silicone in your construction experience.

 

Oh sorry , there are lots of good sealants , I've just found that eventually they all seperate from whatever surface they are adhered to

 

So I have been working on a new website that it is a little cleaner. I have slowly been adding pictures from the thread, if you see any of your photos you don't want on the website let me know and I will remove them. Don't want to cause any problems.

After looking threw the new website I need my rack sooner than later! So jealous of everyone that has one already.

 

Their facebook page goes back to like 2008 I believe which seems about right. Most of them are fairly young. They are however, very established. Talked to them today and they have contracts with polaris to do razr lights.

I am for sure getting a lightbar from them within the week. It will be used for demonstration purposes mainly on how they can be integrated into the roof racks. I then am going to give it a good test and do some reviews. If I am satisfied with the results they showed me their vendor program today and I would like to get involved with that if my time allows.

They make good stuff from what I can see. They have the LITE series that is more of a consumer friendly model. That is what I am interested in, but they also have all the hand assembled custom lights that could very well top rigid, baja designs, and vision x in both quality and aesthetics. All in all they are just unique, and I like that.

 

Well lets get that thing figured out!

Picture from our facebook page of a customer in BC Canada. Turned out awesome. interesting new way of doing a light bar as well. Looks like he ran the wires down the windshield like has been mentioned.

 

I had the factory roof rack before I started building these racks. In my opinion they aren't as noisy as the factory rack with the crossbars deployed. That being said, my tires are the main source of my noise. I could hear noise going down the freeway and figured it was a combination of the rack and the tires. The rack is off right now and now I know it was all the tires. I would be interest to try it with stock tires to see.
