You mean t-slot covers? I got a bunch of these. They are longer, so I cut them with a razor blade and used 1-piece on anything thats visible, and then just used a bunch of left-over pieces for the bottom of the cross bars

Anyone shed some help please. My rivet nuts just spin, I've tried every trick I could think of and can't get the nuts to crush in place. I now have 12 holes that I can't plug. :/ any ideas fellas?

Plus nuts? Probably did not get compressed enough. What tool did you use?

What we did was pull the liner down, as far as we could. Grab them with some sort of vice grip or needle nose pliers enough to keep the from spinning while we hit them with the impact driver to get them going.

I attempted that, but failed lol. I bought a new one from harbor freight :/ maybe I'll have better luck. I was using the wedge style unit, but was crap. Jerry's doesn't even carry a rivet nut tool. Lol

Never received my cutout deflector, burned up a dremel trying to do mine.. End product is passable, not perfect though.

If you cut that out yourself, thats still impressive looking. The punisher logo is a nice touch. Which light bar do you have? I'm shopping around for ideas even though I wouldn't be doing this until my budget allows.

I have the heritec 30". I don't think he makes the same style anymore.. I think it's 3 or 4 individual light pods mounted together now. Don't quote me on that though.

The light bar he had was the Heretic Lite series. They stopped making them for a few reasons but mainly due to the fact that multiple people stole the design and took it to China and copied it. Being chinese made Heretic was getting undercut on price for a product that looked identical but wasn't made and assembled here in the US. They replaced them with the wraith which is a somewhat modular light system. It is built from 10" sections but a 20,30 or 40" is built and wired together as a continuous bar. They have similar optics as the LITE series but are significantly smaller and extremely lightweight and strong. The LITE series was extruded aluminum for the housing and parts whereas the wraith features solid billet machined bodies and billet machined bezel plates.
