I am getting caught up right now so new orders should only have about 1 week before they ship.

How much would the lead time for the GB be? Are you gonna knock them out as they're ordered or wait till the GB is over?

It will be a mixture of both. I have some inventory on hand and will build it continually up until the group buy. That being said. The groupbuy is only possible due to a volume discount I get in materials and laser cutting. The more I buy all at once the better the discount. So once I have a solid idea of how any participate (probably in the beginning of the group buy) I will order those materials with the bulk. Once people start placing orders I will ship them out with my existing inventory until it runs out. Then I will hopefully have the new materials in and ready to start shipping out.

Last year some of the orders took 4-5 weeks to ship out. I am going to be more prepared and have more efficient systems this year but if the number of participants double it could take just as long.

Same as is planned for this year. 15% off any single rack. If you order a cabrac toprac combo you get 20%. Heretic lights will be 10% off.

BTW, I finally got a big roll of edge trim in. Decided it was making a difference wind noise. I am going to put it up on the website soon for people to order that have racks and it will likely go out standard with all new ones. Going to keep it super cheap, just need to get something for shipping so I don't lose a ton of money shipping it all over the place.
