Prinsu light bar affect rack function?

Looking at getting prinsu rack to carry paddle boards. Does anyone know would getting the light bar on the rack affect its ability to put boards on it? The light bar looks like it sits up higher the the rails of the rack

 

On my 2nd gen i have a prinsu rack with a cali raised single row light bar and put my board on with no problems.

 

I have a Prinsu and their light bar mounts with a single row light bar. It sits the light bar below the crossbar. Here is the best pic I have on my phone at the moment. I can get you additional pics when I get home if you like.

 

There is some height adjustment in the light valance. As previously stated a single row light give you clearance. You can also install spacers on the bars to get some height.
