Prinsu Toprack question

Hey team,

Just bought a set of prinsu racks for my 2015 Access cab. Was going to build the top rack then use it to get the track location right on my topper. My question is....what the heck are these pieces for? I cant for the life of me find anything about them in the directions...

 

@zscott Any chance you could give me some guidance here? I'm lost haha

 

I have no idea. When I installed mine, the feet secured to the track screwed into the topper and tie into the racks t channel. I did not have any parts that resemble what you have.

 

Either CBI has introduced a design change or you got parts from another one of their products. I’m not sure what those are for.

They're height risers. My rhino tracks turned out almost the exact height I needed to be level.

I'm going to use those brackets to mount my recovery tracks.

 

I guess I dont understand where they go if they're height risers. They appear to line up perfectly with the crossbars seeming that maybe they are indeed for added support?

 

Check the other thread that was linked. They are reinforcements. Looks like they bolt to the bottom of the bars to stiffen the crossbar to side plate interface.
