The best looking 2nd gen I’ve seen on TW. Love that color and the clean style build. Did you install that front arb locker?

Hey thanks a lot man! I’m actually in the process lol. I’ve got my compressor installed and ran out of cash right now to get the locker in but it’s sitting in the box haha. Hopefully real soon!

Same situation here. I convinced the wife that my rock sliders I just bought were expense steps for my daughter to get in and out

I am a detailer and a bit OCD so the main purpose of this is so I dont have to keep squeezing my hands underneath the rack to wash/wax it as often.

Got my rack! And got it installed! Looks great.... But was a little disappointed in few minor things. Like when i got the box the small box of hardware looks like they rushed because there was one bag with screws and the the rest of the hardware was just thrown in there all mixed up, the vinyl stripping thing for the noise seems like it was cut too short... And worst of all... My stickers were ripped!!! Because of the bolts and screws were loose in the box. All in all the rack looks great and i really enjoy it.. Great product!!

Any chance of a group buy this fall/winter/spring. I need a roof rack and skids for my GX470. No hurry to buy since I won’t be wheeling until next spring.

    The good:
Ordered on Sept 2. Just arrived today the 30th. Laser cuts look ok.

    The not so good:
Box had a hole and so did the internal box with all the SS hardware spilling out of the outer box. I am sure I will be missing bolts and washers. Yes the little plastic bag in the box is ripping at seam and all the hardware contents fish all over the outer box.

Sounds like we had a couple of bad bag seals. If you can PM me your order number I can get a hardware pack mailed out. Sorry for the hassle!

Ok, will do. I put most of the rack together, but can't mount. I am missing most all of the larger M6 x 25mm bolts. I am good on all the rest.

Alright so I just got my cap rack which was shipped well after the bur issue was find out about and a fix was acknowledged. Low and behold this rack also has burs on it, not quite as bad as my cab rack was which victory refunded me a portion of. Considering the cab rack is $50 dollars more then prinsu and doesnt have the black stainless hardware. I regret not returning my cab rack for a refund, canceling my cap rack and ordering prinsu cap and cab. Its a shame I had high hopes for them but after the second rack has bur issues and after spending over 1k on racks and having the owners acknowledge the issues but they still persist I cant justify continued business with them. The structural quality is and nice and they are only cosmetic issues but this just rubs me the wrong way in a big way considering I could have gone with prinsu had the black hardware and no cosmetic issues.

They hand pack these and know its an issue they were having. It would take 2 seconds for the person packing them to look at it before they wrap it up and see its not to standard. Truly no excuse for this at this point.

The issue we've acknowledged was around the larger openings and the sides of the aluminum parts, those are the portions of the sides we are manually deburring. We can't really get inside the logo because of how small it is, but we do take care of the larger blemishes on the logo before powder coat. That's a super closeup in your photo, so the scale is throwing me off a little, but I believe the larger chunks inside that logo are actually powder, not aluminum burrs. If they are powder they will easily just pop off with a fingernail or quickly via the elements when mounted on the truck.

I ran this by the team and they said you called already and the rest of the edges were good, but I'm not sure if a resolution was made on your dissatisfaction with the logo... If I can personally do anything to make you happy with anything, just let me know.

    Edit:
Here is one I grabbed off a stack here to try and verify if it was powder coat. Quarter for scale.

not to be a dick, but that is super zoomed in and you will never notice that shit once it’s mounted on the truck.
