'10 Tacoma prerunner sport

I've been looking around and maybe there is a post on this but i just havent found it yet so here goes...

I have a '10 2wd 4d and i just put the 3" pro comp leveling kit on with 1.5" blocks (which after reading on here probably wasn't the best choice). I also put 285/70/17 toyo's. the ride is pretty rough, so would adding the billies 5100's help? and would it give me more of a lift also?
