pro comp coilovers?

    i got a set of pro comp coilovers and need to know how to adjust the anyone know how exactly to adjust them and what wrench i need? would any old spanner wrench do the trick or does it have to be the right size? anyone have these on there truck and adjusted them could you give me a few tips thanks

    huh? post up pics of what you have. i didn't know pro comp made adjustable CO's except for their DB lifts.

    X2.... I think I saw a set on ebay a week or 2 ago. I wonder if the OP bought that not knowing it was for a 6" lift.

    they are from a 6'' lift i got them used from silverseven on here

    do you have a DB lift on your truck? they will so not fit with out it.

    i assume when you say DB you mean Drop bracket lift right? no not yet i have the whole lift just need to make sure i have all the parts before i put it on.

    yes, drop bracket. you have to have that in order to fit the coilovers you got

    to adjust CO's you just jack the truck up off the ground, loosen the set screw on the CO's and turn away. when your happy with the adjustment retighten the set screw and your ready to roll

    ya i have the kit i just was wondering what wrench would work like do i need the wrench that came with the kit?

    yep i contacted them and i can get one from them plus i am ordering some random bolts and parts to complete the lift thanks dam i cant wait to start putting it together :)

    the set screw is the small allen screw located on the collar above the coil spring

    here are my CO's, you can see it just to the left of the top of the uni ball bolt

    Thanks for the help. Apparently the shop that put mine on pre-adjusted the coilovers prior to putting them on the truck. One of the coilovers is turned to where there is no possible way I can adjust it without taking the whole assembly off. Guess I have a weekend project...

    I found a great deal on some pro comp stage 2 coilover
    And was thinking of buy them. I know I've read you need full 6in kit with (DB) to
    run the procomp coilover ,But I already have 4in spindle lift wondering if I turn the coilover Down if I could run them I know I'm gonna need ucas .
    Hers a pic of them they looked turn up abit from top plate to bottom measure
    26.75 I got bilstein 5100 set at stock and they measure 20" if any help I would really appreciate it !
