I have had on my truck for 2 years. I paid around 250 bucks and for the price, its a great value. I don't go offroad much (besides logging roads ect.) so I can't tell you much about the offroad worthyness of it, but on the street it performs well, and is a bit stiffer than stock. I will also add that after having the lift for 2 years, and living on the coast, the salt has created some surface rust, but nothing to affect function.

There is better lifts out there, thats a no brainer, but this is a good lift for the price.

I was looking at the same Pro Comp 3" but after hearing a few talk about the extra stiff coils and harsh ride, I went with the Pro Comp 6" instead. Surprisingly though, some guys have said the 3" is fine. I can say that the 6" is a little stiff but to me it's a truck & shouldn't ride like a Cadillac anyway.

Just messing with ya bud....u told me the same thing with the 6" kit & I like mine. Granted it could use some shock/coil & leaf upgrades but overall I'm happy.

5100 around front set at 2.5 and then for the rear 5100 with the icon 3leaf progressive addALeaf give you about 2 in lift this would be a good set up for daily driving and offroad. I had the 3 in prom comp lift and its shit rides stiff and the shocks blow dick

Check out toyteclifts.com for better lifts cause you get what you pay for and suspension isnt something you want to go the cheap route with. My buddy had the 3" pro comp lift and his rear shocks started rusting pretty quick he said. He went with 5100's all around a few years later and said it was a night and day difference.

Believe me.. Pass on the pro comp. Spend the extra money and go with something else. I highly recommned OME. Also.. The procomp aal is a single 1.5" aal.

I just recently swapped out my pro comp kit for OME shocks all around, 885's, and an icon 3 leaf pack. The ride and performance is like night and day. My pro comp coils were starting to sag, resulting in less than 3" of lift up front. The rear was stiff as hell due to the single aal. My shocks lower eyelet bushings were toast.... That pro comp kit is just bad. I couldn't be happier with my current set up.
