I ran the 3" Pro Comp lift with AAL for 50,000 miles, from 2011 to 2015.

I bought this lift when I first bought my truck and installed it myself with less than 5,000 miles on the truck. After installing the lift, I noticed the lift was stiffer than stock, but not harsh on pavement. I was fine with this as my commute to work was on long windy roads so it kept the truck stable. Beyond this, I hated the lift. Every significant bump was jarring and the back end hopped like crazy. Off road the ride was the same. Washboarded roads would rattle your teeth and the truck felt skiddish. After running the lift for 50,000 miles with light off roading here and there, the rear shocks were toast. The shock seals were leaking and the bushings were rounded out and loose. The front shocks appeared fine, however the front coils were extremely rusty and chipping.

I replaced the entire lift with ICON all around and have been much happier. I've run the ICON lift for 15,000 miles now and would never even consider running that Pro Comp lift again.

If you have any questions let me know.

Stay away from Pro Chomp at least start with a Bilstein 5100 all around lift with an AAL.
