Pro foglight height adjustment

    A1497A4B-6300-414A-B99A-6F2AC098C0AB.jpg 65551E71-3573-4901-B363-B334C5318851.jpg 0419CB2E-066A-4C5A-810B-C49E3324913E.jpg Trying to adjust the aim of my fog lights, there’s an access hole in the top opening and when I removed the outer housing there’s also a white plastic hex shaped top nut which I assume I can turn as well to adjust the height of the lamp. I also looked inside the small round access hole and I see what appears to be cog like gear on the bottom of that white plastic hex nut.
    Any experts out there know the proper way to adjust them? Looks like I could’ve just stuck a screw driver in the hole and turn it clock-wise to raise the aim and counter clock-wise to lower it.
    Also since I had the outer housing removed I looked to see if there’s enough space back there in the upper opening to install a rectangular shaped LED marker light to make it more symmetrical. Always irritated me the upper space was empty.

    The white nut adjusts the vertical aim of the fog lights. There is no adjustment for left/right. Park in front of a white wall and adjust them to match each other after to establish if you want them higher or lower.

    Did you figure out how to adjust them? What tool is needed to adjust them through the hole in the bezel?
