I bought very similar lights to these and was just wondering how exactly you mounted them behind the grill. I was looking today and couldn’t see anything that immediately stuck out to me for a mounting point. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Note small holes at top of grill
I ran the wires through the channel at the top and behind the grill. Behind the top of grill, there are small openings you can run the wires through. I connected the lights to the driver side amber light.
There is a really nice YouTube video posted on where to connect the lights

Okay gotcha thanks! I’ll look up a video for that wiring. Did you just use like an L bracket to mount the lights to the back of the grill or some other type of bracket?

No brackets needed. The led lights come with washer and nut. I drilled hole through grill and attach with supplied washer and nut

Got mine all mounted up yesterday. I was tentative about drilling into the front of my new grill so I used a couple cheap brackets from Home Depot to mount my lights up. It was pretty easy and I love the look.

Mounted mine even lower because I think they look badass there. And the best part I needed my 9mm socket, the only one in my box because the 8mm and 10mm were list to the engine or frame compartment years ago!

Still looking for the wire to splice into to connect the lights to the DRL's! Anyone know?

For reference, I just got this set and wired them to the marker light, but I want them on all the time with my DRL's. The set fits and wires great, you just cant put them in any holes, they must go in the top 4 holes like in the picture, each grill hole is different.

just get a add-a-fuse with a 10a and 15a fuse....plug it into the EFI or the INJ fuse in the engine fuse box......lights come on when you turn engine on and go off when you turn engine off.....your DRLs come on when you start the engine and release the emergency brake and start rolling forward......this works for me and i don't have to mess around with splicing wires or accidentally cutting thru them.......runnin4taco.com has a good video with how to attach add-a-fuse without cutting into fuse box cover...works great........enjoy

Having owned multiple Raptors, this is as close to the Raptor lights mod as I could get.
