Yea... only if you can find some sucker to fork over that much for non adjustable and non rebuildable used shocks AND manage to not feel bad about it

That's not really "built", more so "bought and bolted on". You essentially just did what Toyota does with the Pro, tightened a few screws.
Edit* judging by your post numbers, seems like you've done a number of random things to your truck, but most stuff people do has nothing to do with the difference in a Pro vs an OR. Boasting about mods that aren't available on any model doesn't apply to a Pro vs other package debate.

If I was in the market for a new Tacoma, and it was between a TRD OR and a Pro. For the 4K difference, I'd get the Pro. People love to rag on the Pro, yet people run out and buy the Pro grill, Pro wheels, Pro suspension, etc.... Same thing happened with Jeep when they introduced the Rubicon. Same with Ford when they introduced the Raptor. There will always be people arguing over who is more hardcore bc of the package on their $30k+ vehicle. Kind if ironic.

The Pro has a suspension with a hassle free warranty, and nice interior/exterior differences. So if you're going to change out the parts that make it a Pro, then no reason to get it. Yet, if Pro suspension suits your needs, then go for it.

Some good stuff here, sadly 90% of TW is this unless you are a welder.

Curious who has bothered to buy a Pro suspension? I mean like from Toyota, not as a take off from someone else.

    People actually do that?

Yep. Do a search. The whole kit has a part number and people buy it. There is even a comparison thread for the Pro and Baja suspension package. Not sure if it's as popular for 3rd gens as it was for 2nd gens though. Just like people buy the headlights, grills, wheels, hood scoops, yada yada. I'm no saint in the mix either. I bought FJ trail wheels for my Tacoma, and if I had a non Trail team edition FJ, I'd probably buy them for it. I like the wheels, so I bought them.

Skip Pro either get OR4x4 or SR5 4x4.

OR4x4: Get this if you plan only upgrading suspension and wheels with the use of occasional off roading.
SR54x4: If you plan on adding in ARB air lockers with new gears, suspension, wheels and mid to long travel to do real off roading rock terrain.

If I had to do it again I would go SR5 because I want 35" tires and a mid 2"+ mid travel. This would require regear and the ARB lockers are ideal over OR Elockers that you have to rock the vehicle back forth to get to lock.
