    If I have a new white Fiberglass CB antenna, can I spray paint it black to not make it such an eye sore?

    Thats what I was thinking... Just wanted to make sure.


    Also, has anybody tried putting their CB radio in the pocket in the door. Was goofing around with my new radio Today, gonna install it tommorow and wondered about putting it here...

    Im sure you can run through the panel just like the door speakers. may have to add some wire.

    Hearability will be another issue....are you burrying the speaker too far away from your ear? Add in some engine/road noise and see if you can hear/understand what's being said...
