No, there was a TSB out for the tranny to be reflashed (The ECU actually) that dealt with rough shifting. Maybe that's what you need?

I did hear about that TSB, but i didnt do it, i was already out of warranty. I just called the shop back that i took it to, and they said i will probably just have to take it to the dealer. They said they had problems reading my computer...

Problems reading your computer? weird. May be their equipment isn't quite compatible.

I didn't think it would be the injectors. It's deffinetly something in the trans. It feels like its shifting, but mine happens after I have already came to a stop and been sitting there for a few seconds. I don't know if the ECM is trying to comand the converter to lock up. Maybe its confused and needs to be flashed.

I have an '07 and it will suddenly creep forward a bit when I'm at a stop light. I just figuered it was the tranny dropping down to 1st. Anyway I don't see it as a big deal, I actually think this happens on occasion in other vehicles. I was wondering if this is what people were refering to with the famous "sudden acceleration" issue.

This is my first automatic vehicle I have owned in my 12 yrs of driving so I don't know if all cars do it. I know my wifes 2004 Rav4 don't do it that I have noticed.

I didn't mean to say that it's absolutely normal, just that I have experienced it before.
Not to change the subject but I have also had a floor mat jam under the accelerator pedal in a 60's or 70's (can't remember the year) Ford pick up. It shocked the heck out of me but it was a standard shift so it was simple to stomp on the clutch and reach down and yank the cheap ass floor mat back out of the way.

Jeeze..bad advise on here come on don't believe everything and the "guesses"

Its the compressor kicking on or otherwise know as the "lunge" when at a stop. Very well known on Toyotanation

Compressor will run when any defrost setting is selected (thus the mod to disable it and save MPG another topic though)

Some vehicles don't allow the compressor to kick on below 30*
