I have the iPhone X and 17 DCOR. The only way I can get it to charge is to turn the phone off, turn the truck on, put the phone on the pad and turn QI on. Once I pull it off the pad and back on I get flashing lights. I have to turn the truck off and phone off to get it to charge again.

Do you put your left foot in, then your left foot out? Or is it the right?

Sounds like a rain dance over there.

Easy fix! You have to go to Apple and swap phones. Dozens of people have had issues with Iphone 8 and Iphone X qi charging with Tacomas. In all cases that I've seen, the issue was resolved by swapping out phone. Your phone is goofy and will cause any Tacoma to blink when it's inserted into the charging tray. Once you swap out for a new phone, it will charge without issue. Make sure and report back when you get your replacement phone.

Which part of the pad do you place the phone? Screen up or down? Do you need to take out of the case?
