Was replacing brake light bulb. Bulb started smoking inside the bulb, now the brake lights, tail lights and dash lights do not work also it will not come out of Park with using the safety switch. Is the problem fuses, relays or switches?

1st thing I would do is to check all your fuses. Start with the easiest fix first then move on.

This, if nothing found check all the other bulbs see if they fried and shorted.

Same issue, except mine just went out randomly, did you find a fix?
