Problem with Aries nerfbar mounts

    I went to a local shop looking for some nerf bars today and found a set of Aries chrome nerf bars NIB. They tried to put them on the truck but they showed me the mounts were not straight and they wouldn't line up with the bars. They tried another set of mounts from another set same luck. Then they were able to put one of the bars on backwards and asked me if I wanted it like that. The answer no. Has anyone had any problem with aries mounts? Thanks for the help.
