Try removing the positive cable on the battery. Reinstall after five minutes to reset computers. This worked for a jammed cd on my wives landcruiser.

The unit years later gave error code.. I bought one cheap on ebay as i wanted the 6cd unit like i had. Dealer put in $30. No work.
Sent original to southern electronics in richmond va. They paid shipping both ways and the fee was $195. Been in for a while and works aok.
