No i did not mean putting my stock spring in the camburg coil over lol, i mean running my stock coilovers with the spacer lift until i get a 14" eibach spring to put in the camburgs

You COULD do that if you'd like. I would check everything to make sure it's tight, raise the truck and make sure the UCA isn't binding on the coil over. If all that checks out only then would I consider replacing the coilovers for the moment until you can get new springs.

I am using only 1.25" of threading on my coilovers to get 23.25" of ride height in the front. You will like 14" springs on there much better, AND they will be easier to tune if you ever get that deep into modding your truck.

I don't have the money for aftermarket UCAs so thats why i want to stay below 3"

wheres the best place to buy those springs, and do i need a spring compressor to swap them for the 13" ones in the camburgs?

Uhh.. Hang on. I posted a thread about it in my SAW non OE to OE conversion a long time ago. Let me find out where I bought mine from.

BTW, lift has nothing to do with OE vs. aftermarket UCA. UCA's are added for extended travel vs. OE. I was at the same height both before and after aftermarket UCA's no problem.

I get the same knocking sound on the driver side mainly when I'm reversing from my driveway. I've been trying to figure it out. My icon extended travels coils spin when I'm making night adjustments is that normal?

If it's too short, like a 13" and it spins while you are trying to adjust that might be indicative of a spring that's too short. If the entire assembly moves while you are adjusting, THAT IS normal.

OP. I cannot find where I bought my Eibach ERS springs from. I think I might had bought them from Streetsideauto, additionally, you could try Kartek, Polyperformance (they are really good!) and also Autoanything.

Yeah I'll call around tomorrow or Tuesday, but Is it bad if I run these even with the preload? I'm doing all highway driving and city so I'm not going to offroad, but yeah i still have to figure the knocking noise out

Can you take a video of it? Maybe I can figure it out based off that. Either way if you run them with or without preload, it shouldn't be a big deal.

The shaft should not float back and forth on the LCA mounting bolt. It should be centered and secured between bushings.

Try looking up install pics or vids on YouTube.

A video of what, the knock? But I don't know any other way of centering the LCA mount

How does your lower rod mount? Spherical bearings?

Then those spacers are wrong. You might be hearing the clicking sound from your shock hitting the LCA mounting tabs. Try to move the shock and look for witness marks on the lower rod end. Matter of fact, wiggle the shock entirely back and forth and see if it is contacting while you are in there. Your answer will be right there.

I got some extra misalignment spacers laying around too I think.

I dont see any marks on the LCA mount of the coilover that's the weirdest thing

Like I said. Try wiggling the coil over back and forth rotationally and seeing if it contacts the LCA mounts. Just because you don't see anything doesn't always mean that a problem doesn't exist.

It does contact the mount so that has to be it, I really need a gopro in the wheel well, but that has to be it and will those misalignment spacers solve the problem?

I followed camburgs instructions, took the sway bar off, disconnected the UCA from the spindle, took out the bottom bolt on the stock coil, then the top three, pulled it out, popped in the new camburg and reversed the order

    Just a few

The misalignment spacer is the same as on my icons and I don't have any noise coming from either side.
