Problem with entune (help needed)

    Have any of you guys had an issue where all the audio went silent? It’s like it is on mute and I’m not getting anything, phone nothing. Any ideas?

    Did you try holding down the volume button and restarting the radio?

    Thanks for the reply. I think it is the amp I installed that is giving me problems. The first time I had this issue the red light on the amp was on now it is getting dim or flickering when the sound goes out.
