I bought one of their tailgate panels back in April. Kinda spendy but I liked their idea.
After the Labor Day holiday, I was unloading some stuff and I noticed that the bottom
recessed screws had pulled through the delrin panel.
I notified Mountain Hatch and after a few e-mails they said that they had were aware
of similar failures by some other customers.
I was told last week that a replacement had been sent to me on Tuesday the 10th.
Well, here it is the 18th and no replacement.
So much for customer service. Looks like this is one of those times when Made in the USA means nothing except you get to pay more. Too bad.
I'm going to try to salvage it somehow. It cost me too much to just trash it.

Just get a washer and fix it yourself for $2 at the hardware store.

    That's what I was thinking.

CPS-65 I’m good for some, but I’m not for everyone.

    Mostly old man mods
Counterbore looks too deep. They ought to change it to a countersink and include pan-head stainless hardware. Just my 2 cents.

    True.
Only thing is, they are in California and I'm in Washington so I'm having trouble believing it takes over a week (not including the weekend) to get here.

Distance to location has lil to do with shipping times, I used to ship Firearms in my old job regularly. We would ship from Rapid City SD to Mitchell SD {a 4.5 hour drive) at least 4 times a week. Often times I would watch the packages go to St Louis MO first, wtf is the reasoning behind that. Other times they would go to Denver CO first. It's freaking stupid the way the logistics of the shipping work and to me the could save a lot of money by not sending packages out of the way.
