I noticed it while I was at highway speed.

Could it be the fan clutch or water pump?

At highway speeds a fan clutch wouldn’t matter I don’t think. Nor would a water pump
If you weren’t using the heat at all. Did you start overheating?

No overheating so that makes sense. Well, any suggestions?

Only thing I could chalk it up to is a contaminant in the refrigerant system. Moisture or air, or something that isn't r134a.

It was professionally vacuumed and recharged. Hopefully that's not the problem.

I'm convinced the re-circulation isn't engaging. Normally when I press the re-circ button I hear more airflow. I'm sure that's because a vent that sucks the air in from the outside closes and pulls air from inside only. Perhaps that vent isn't closing? Maybe I failed to hook something up, or screwed something up.

I still haven't checked my HVAC since I re-installed mine. It's on my list of things to do. One things I did when I re-assembled my HVAC box and lined the pulleys up was to put a little bit of White Lithium Grease in the tracks. I've got my fingers crossed you get yours figured out.

I didn't even think about that. I'll find a way to get some in there. Thanks for that!
