They’re take offs from 23 TRD Pro. Comes with tires and tpms sensors.

I believe those are 16 inch wheels, not like the 17 inch 4runner wheels.

Local pickup or are you also paying for shipping?

If from a 2023 the tires should be almost brand new so I assume it's the OEM.

New caps would add another $100 but seems to be a good deal.

Yes 16 in. Comes with wrangler territory tires that looks fairly new. Local pick up.

Has anyone near Atlanta machined their wheels to solve the issue? Just got a set & want to get it done right.

I unfortunately made the same mistake of buying the PTR56-89210-F2 because i like the new styling, without knowing that they would have fitment issues. Ill see if I can do the Bevel method. Will try to update after getting it done, what a way to start on my first thread comment in TW...

Sorry to read this. It's not too late to sell them and buy APG's.

Have you used an angle grinder before? I'm pretty talented with a 4.5" angle grinder and nicked the threads on the wheel studs. I ended up using 1/2" PEX cut the same length of the threads and it worked very well.

I beveled until there was only .35" distance from the drum face to the edge of bevel. This bevel now provides the same shoulder length of the front hubs so what can it hurt.

TLDR: Ended up taking them off and buying the ptr20-35110-bk

    So,
I had the rims for only 4 days, went to the dealer today Monday cause Sunday they're closed, and even though i was still within the 7 day limit, they said that they couldn't take the rims because they were mounted and used, they didn't budge, even after explaining why the Rim doesn't work.
Their words were that they didn't know they were different, because people come every day to buy them for Tacoma's, and the Service Manager even said that they even have mounted them for customers on their Tacomas inhouse. But that I was the first person to come back and submit a claim.
They told that I either had to buy spacers or take the rims to a Machine Shop. Tried getting spacers but couldn't find, tried to get a local machine shop but the only one i found in my town the owner said that his machine is broken (and to be wary where i would take them to get worked on), and not very mechanically inclined to buff the Hub rings, so i bit the bullet and bought the ptr20-35110-bk from another dealer.

The other dealer told me "yeah, we get a lot of customers come from that dealership", I can see why now.

Now Im sitting on the 2021's getting a lot of calls from Marketplace cause Im selling them at a loss. IMG_5538.HEIC.jpg

That sucks for you but you have a good lookin' set on the truck now and those AT3W's look great on there. How much are you selling the other wheels for? Did you get center caps too?

Ended up selling them for $700 with Center Caps included, I could've gotten more but didn't want to sit on them for too long because of the double purchase.

I understand, $700 isnt too bad. I'm sure it's nice to have the frustration behind you. :)

Just checking - has anyone had similar issues with PT946-35200-02 - the 16” TRD Pro matte black rims off of the 2021 Tacoma? Hoping to get a set for my ‘06 but want to be sure before purchasing.
    Thanks in advance.

Just wanted to put in my experience to this thread. I have a 2013 tacoma and the 2021 trd pro 4runner rims fit great. Mechanic told me they would not fit when I brought them in. So I tried myself at home with a hand lug wrench and everything went on great. If any 2 gen people are trying for this mod and need help reach out to me so I can help you avoid all the troubles I had to overcome to get it done.

Mine are literally this part number. I think that’s the older model? If you get this part number you’re fine. I bought mine on BAM wholesale about 5 months ago.

Mine are actually 275/70r17s. Zero rub. There’s a whole forum on this size, highly recommend.
