so i noticed my 06 tacoma wont go into 4wheel high or low, when i shift into 4high trans in nuetral (automatic) the 4x4 light blinks and i can hear a clicking from near the transfer case. I have the truck in jackstands trying to see if it will go into 4x4 with the wheels off the ground, hasnt helped. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting?
    Thanks

My guess would be the front ADD actuator.

Your wheels have to be moving for the 4X4 to engage. Start driving in 2hi, while moving shift to 4hi. It may take a few seconds. Shift back to 2hi the same way. This is why you shift into 4X4 BEFORE you actually need it.

So i looked at the transfer case and a vacuum line going to the bottom of the actuator is cracked and popped off, what is the fix here?? New line?
