    Anyone have an issues with https://theyotagarage.com/. I ordered some parts off of there a little over a week ago and they have yet to ship, which is fine I can understand that things are probably between supply chain issues and holiday demand. I have reached out to them a few times and have gotten no response back. Are they known for shitty customer service? or am I just having a bad experience with them.

    Yea should have been a little more careful. They canceled my order, so no big deal. Definitely wont deal with them again.

    Ordered my method wheels from them. There customer service was great. Super helpful, friendly, got a discount, advised to call back if I needed help with anything tacoma related. I ordered my wheels for example on a Wednesday and they arrived Friday or Saturday. I ordered lugs and some valve stem caps from method themselves same day. I had the wheels installed and the lugs hadn't even shipped yet (from method) ended up canceling with method. Overall experience with yotagarage was very pleasant and I would definitely order from again.

    These folks can take orders and your money, but are unable to figure out how to ship them out. Excuse after excuse leads me to think it is a poorly run company. Wanting over three weeks for an item "in stock" and still not sure when I will see it. Ordered another item almost 6 weeks ago and still don't have a shipping date.

    Took a chance on them trying to get a Burger Motorsports JB4, which BM wont sell to CA residents directly. The website showed it as IN STOCK, and they charged my card the $750 immediately after checkout. Unfortunately, they failed to ship me anything after a month of waiting and an email claiming they are experiencing inexplicable "warehouse delays." After initially responding to my queries, they became unreachable by both email and phone so I had to do a chargeback with my credit card company. I honestly don't know how they are still in business after all these years.
