Problems with USA Supersale - who can help?

Hi folks,

wanted to tell you a little story:
End of August this year I bought a ride-rite kit from USA Supersale via e-bay for my brand new 2014 Taco.
Paid via payplal including customs and costs to Germany.
The kit arrived some 2,5 weeks later.
Unfortunately the delivery of my Taco was delayed and I only got her 3 weeks after the kit arrived.
After I sensed that it has been the wrong kit I contacted Gary from USA Supersale.

He wanted me to send pictures...he didn't get it....blabla bla...long story short:
He agreed that I send the kit (to my expenses which was 48.-€!) back to an adress he gave me and with a return shipment number to be witten on the parcel.

The adress was:

This is now 4 weeks ago...according to track and trace the parcel arrived there on the 17th of October.

Since then I try to contact this Gary guy...I am writing e-mails...try to get him on the phone...nothing.

For a despute in E-Bay or PayPal it is too late...

Almost forgotten: I don't want the cash back...I just want the right kit!

Any suggestion what I can do else wise?

Did you try contacintg paypal or ebay by phone?

 

Keystone Automotive is a fairly large aftermarket parts supplier here in the US. I'd also suggest contacting them directly at kaocustomercare@key-stone.com. This is their customer care email. No, I didn't contact e-bay or paypal by phone so far...but I will try it!

regarding the adresses from keystone:

I will send an e-mail to all of them explaining the problem...perhaps their feedback is it bit more than I used to get from USA Supersale...let's see.

You sent the part back to the sellers distributor. The distributor usually has the seller handle issues like this. Since he did not receive the parts back he doesn't know you returned. Have him check his distributor or tell the distributor that he was the seller.

 

Thanks to your help and suggestion I contacted Keystone via e-mail.

I didn't get a reply to me e-mail - but paypal told me today that I recieved a refund - unfortunately they deducted 10$ for re-stocking and I didn't get the customs etc back (which I paid with the purchase)

At least I got the major amount back...so I ordered the right kit immediately...I hate my Taco hanging down in the back...
