I have a 6" Procomp stage II lift, with the coilovers. it appears that they are extended all way, looking at the adjustment threads on the top. I was wondering if i put a 1" or so spacer lift could i back down the adjustment? would it be a softer ride, due to less spring compression?

you can adjust the coils bring them down a bit...but I wouldn't recomment putting any spacer lifts on...you will be putting more strain and creating a greater angle on your front axles...even if you do light off roading there have been cases where coil over setup with spacer lifts have failed...

can't find a picture right now but I know there is a couple...saw 1 in another thread asking about spacer lifts on coilover lifts...

i think im going to go with the icon coilovers for the pro comp kit i think they are set for 7inchs of lift and a good ride on road
