Out in the NW I know this will be a huge for the bike market. Once they see it. Love to use the bed and not have to hitch mount or take up the whole bed. Either way this product is very versatile thats why Chad and 5150 need to test it and get one to me.

I figured near the edge would be the most sturdiest. And the bike moved a lot while driving around. Are these heavy duty crossbars or standard? Heavy duty might be better Chad as any time the bike moved you could see the middle of the crossbars dipping.

Okay so now some bad news, with my bike on the crossbars my 60 inch HiLift jack cannot be mounted to the sides. Pics to come as the bottom of the jack has a lot of junk in the way and then it is not long enough from that standpoint to reach the other mount.

No it can't just trying to make it the most versatile that's all. I have the outboard Bike Mount but wanted to be able to put the bike, HiLift and 2 Rotopax cans on the other side.

I am thinking I can mount the Rotopax mounts on the other side to put the 2 1/2 Gallon gas can, and 2 1/2 Gallon water can.

they could probably be used without the crossbars in place for some people. lets say to mount stuff outside a canopy or soft topper? one guy recently said he wants to put stuff on top of his hard tonneau but didnt know how to tie it down, these would be prefect for that as well

Haven't figured out how much weight they will hold yet. As like I said just with the bike doing a normal movement while driving you can the middle of the bars dip towards the Tonneau Cover. It is cold and windy but I want to give Chad all the help I can. Another thing might be the security screws used to secure the bars to the mounts. I think they might round out quick making the security key useless. I might just switch over to s standard bolt in those spots.

I believe they will loose to much rigidity if you remove the cross support of the bar. Then you would be using only 1 mounting point for all of the weight.

So putting four bike up there and doing up some rough fire roads might be out??? Need to get stronger bars maybe?
