I have had my 06 Tacoma Double cab, long bed for about a year now. It mostly gets used to travel between NC and TN for work, occasionally it tows a small bass boat to the lake to go fishing.

Because of work I have gotten used to a mirror combo that includes both a flat and convex mirror. I have started looking for something along these lines and have run across past threads about a group buy for ProEFX mirrors. After reading past threads and looking at photos, I like the concept and believe they would give a much better visual coverage while driving and backing.

I can find no direct link to the company that sells these mirrors. An internet search for ProEFX brings up what appears to be many distributors of this mirror or a knock off. With prices ranging from $225 to $400+ dollars and reviews that range from they are great to worst money ever spent on a product.

It appears that most people whom have purchased these mirrors over the various group buys on the forum either love them or don’t. Those who do not, mostly complain about a vibration in the mirrors. Has the OEM company solved the vibration issue over the years and through the various group buys?

I am looking specifically for a set of black powered mirrors. What is the retail price on these mirrors compared to the group buy price? Is the cost difference significant enough to wait for another group buy?

I have read about contacting mach1man001 in regards to these mirrors and have reached out to him in a private conversation on the forum and awaiting a reply.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
    Dennis

Mine do vibrate. I use my mirrors to see if there is a car behind/beside me, not to read their license plate. They dont vibrate enough to prevent me from seeing whats going on back there.
