ProEFX Towing Mirrors

Awesome, thanks. I'll have to find the "how-to" in order to learn how to do the door panels on an '07.

 

If anyone wants a switch for the heated mirrors now is the time to order.. There are 7 in North America according to my dealer. 1 in Vancouver, 2 in Toronto and 4 in California.

The one in Vancouver has my name on it as I just ordered it. $128 up north here.

TRD parts says they will have some in about 2 weeks but I am not sure if those are some of the 4 out of California or not.

I am excited to get these mirrors, as is my dealer excited to see them.

 

ordered a switch.
just sent my payment info for the 3rd option.
ready for some goodies to show up.

For the switch another option is to get a used one like I did. The switch is out of 2001-2003 Highlanders. Contact your closest junk yard or use this link and find a location to your nearest LKQ. Its not a normal inventory item so they might need to take some time to find it.

Yea but I didn't get to go. I heard that they might use a Tacoma for the show (yes they make the mirrors for other models). I haven't seen any pictures of it though.

 

Sorry if it's been ask already.
-How is the quality of the mirrors compared to stock?
-Do they vibrate or have more/less wind noise compared to stock mirrors?
-Are the led turn signal covers clear or smoked?

 

-The quality of the mirrors is great, not wavy or distorted at all.
-They do vibrate a little bit compared to stock but this should be expected as they stick out further and piviot at the farthest point.
-The LEDs are smoked for the black ones and clear for the chrome ones to try and match/blend as much as possible.

Got my switch! SOOOO excited for these mirros, can't wait till you get them so you can start shipping them out! I'll post up tons of install pics of the whole process and wiring up the heated unit!

 

WooHoo.. I picked up my switch 2 days ago. The parts guy is researching to see if he can find me a pigtail for the back of the switch.

 

The only numbers on the pigtail itself are 11772. It also says E1 on the top right side where the wires enter the terminal.

The GB is still going on for a limited time. Please contact me to order.

did you say there will be instructions on wiring up the heated feature?
i have a 2012 w/o the led mirrors, wonder if it still has the plug for that in the door?

Waiting impatiantly for my mirrors. The mornings are cold around here and I sure could use the heated mirrors. Have switch mounted waiting to complete the circuit till the mirrors arrive. Can't tow right now as I do not have the tilt out towing mirrors yet. Am impatiantly waiting as above. For the last 5 years I had these mirrors addapted to my O5. But with the 12 I would really like the OEM mounted mirrors. Can't wait....oh but I will have to.

Can you till that I would really like to get these mirrors.
