I replaced a timing belt on a 2007 highlander v6 got done was getting the air out of the coolant system running it all the of the sudden power steering starts rasing hell no power steering. im like all i did was replace the belt on it . After checking for leaks sucking air or anything I could find I was lost until I searched and found this forum. I had no ides there was a screen in the power steering resivor . cleaned it out flushed the fluid worked like new. evidently I stirred up the sludge in the resivior . thanks save my ass.
