I am looking into buying a programmer to improve fuel mileage and give me more options on the performance side. Which ones work and which ones don't? I have 3.4l in an 02

there are only 2-3 options left available. and the reason is is that youl spend $600 on an unoticable gain. after talking to an unichip and jetperformance rep with a 91oct tune youl only see a 4-6hp gain and maybe 1-2mpg

Without taking the engine apart or bolting on a supercharger you're not going to get much in the way of performance gains. Mileage isn't really a strong point of these trucks. Keeping tire size stock and driving not like me are the two best ways to get better mileage lol.
