Ok so the Autel TS508 does work on the 21 Tacoma SR5, I was able to read the new ID's in my new tires and update the ECU in my Tacoma with the new ID's
as far as cloning it will do this if you are using Autel MX-Sensors in your tires as for other brands I cannot attest to it. I drove about half a mile and the sensors started reading on DIC.

Good thread... I have also been researching TPMS tools and most will only "program" their own brand of blank universal sensors. But... most say that they can "relearn" vehicle specific sensors that come "programmed", like the Denso Pacific OEM Toyota type. Has anyone here successfully used Denso Pacific sensors with the Autel, Ateq, or Xtool TPMS tools? I am also in the process of getting TechStream via MHH Auto. Waiting for my code now... Will also get the Tactrix cable.

MHH Auto for the TechStream win. And TacTrix cable and interface coming. I am glad I found these threads. Thanks, guys.

Does anyone know if the Autel MX programable sensors can be re-programmed? If you already programmed an ID in..can you change that to a different ID?
