    Now only if the damn driveshaft would get here, so I can test out some flex pics !

    After some delay, new driveshaft is here.

    Jesse owner of High Angle Driveline built me a custom CV shaft with a max angle of 49°.
    Parts and machining are top notch.

    Greg i have a question,do u have some type of sleeve for the splines on that front shaft?I see those splines taking a hit from a rock and shaft not slidding good any more.Just a thought.

    Higher up on the driveshaft is a sleeve to help protect but nothing that could work for the amount of travel (Pretty much a compromise). The shaft is awful short in terms of length to slip ratio. I see what you mean how it would be nice to have something to protect the splines. Hoping the rotation of the front axle will help with that, the pinion is rotated up a good bit from a normal axle. Time and trails will tell the real story.

    Definitely something to keep in mind and lookout for.

    I was wondering if you could do me a favor since its sunday and everyone is closed. Could you please measure your pitman arm eye-to-eye? I have an fj60 drop pitman arm that i put on last night and the drag link and tie rod will hit. I can't move my steering box any more forward. Thanks.
