    I can back this up myself, at least with my YJ. My rear gate is pretty damn stout, but it couldn't stand up to a 33" tire on a steelie. Almost fell off during a run a couple years back when the hinges finally broke. I've got the KMF custom modified XRC tiregate now :)

    Oh and converted the stock tailgate to drop-down instead of swing-open.
