projector lights for 03?

So I am trying to decide what to do with my headlights and tail lights. I've got an 03 Tacoma. I really like the look of the projector head lights but have searched through eBay and google and can't find any for 03's. The tail lights I think I may just buy a pair through eBay then tint them. Any help/suggestions would be great. This is the first real mod I am doing to my truck.

Buy a pair of projectors, then retrofit them.

 

How much knowledge and work would that take? I am looking for the easiest route here. I honestly don't know much about all this anyways, so I was hoping to find a "plug and play" type light that would require little work on my part. But of course I am always up for a challenge. Is there a tutorial you can link me to for retrofitting?
