    Lets try this:
Yes, the dealership said it is operating as should. When I was a kid I worked at an oil and tire shop for a while and probably changed oil in every car produced back then, so this was certainly not my first time. My uncle owned a tow&gas station and I also spent lots of time there, so don´t give me the line, I was pulling at an angle because it would never come out like that, now you are being just plain ignorant, you saw the video. You know what, forget about it, if you haven´t figured it out by now, you will never get it. It was stuck for whatever reason. Did Toyota tell me the truth, ¨no¨, do I want to know the truth, YES. I am going back Monday to get this situation squared away. I spent a lot of money and I want answers, and I will get my answers. I was too worked up that day because of you guys driving me nuts, so I will calm down and we will figure this out.

    My best uneducated guess:

It was cold out (going by the snow and his brother wearing gloves), and the moisture condensation (like what accumulates on the oil cap) froze the dipstick.

At the dealer, the dipstick thawed, and was removable.

    Only a guess!

In all seriousness, it was minor issue, a stuck dipstick. Now it's working as intended. Sometimes there is no "explanation" for why you could not remove it. I actually think its possible the the little o-ring was dry in combination with colder weather etc. This kind of issue should not and does not warrant a letter to corporate or whomever the local dealer answers to.
