OP, you have to be more descriptive when you tell a story. You're in a wheelchair because you 'lost a leg'..... the spotty story is beginning to make sense now.

Do you have the 16 second video of the dipstick?

I didn't dispute the fact that it might be stuck. If you want to write a letter to Toyota about the dipstick. The dealer is going to say they found nothing wrong.

Did you go to that link and click on the link in the first post that says "Get your TW Live address here"?

That's the link you email it to. Click it and it will show you what your email address is for Live.

Do you need to know, or care?
    OP, ok, I came back.

Look, I do not dispute the fact that you couldn't get your dipstick out for whatever reason. Or the fact that some people are jerks.

Be honest and people will be helpful with any issue or question you may have. Been good to me so far.

As for the grammar, who gives a crap?

OP probably doesn't want to show the bottom portion of his service order because the tech was probably able to loosen it without any issues

A'ight....I think I can see how this might have happened. The dip stick could have been stuck, and the OP might not been able to exert enough leverage to un stick it? Now I feel like an ass for partaking in the other thread the way I did.

He did have his brother help. I think the dipstick might have been installed incorrectly. They have a flat piece of metal which is meant to bend in one direction. If you put the dipstick in improperly. You should feel enough resistance and turn it so it will properly insert all the way. I think someone might have forced the dipstick in. Causing it too be difficult to remove.
