Yeah I just don't want them to be dicks about it and have to pick the truck back up to take them off myself. I still got 1000 miles to go before my first service but I'd rather figure it out before.

One can never have too many light bars.
Probably depends on how difficult they are to remove. If its just a few bolts I hope not. But then again some dealerships might see a way to charge you money and go for it.

Yeah its just a bunch of bolts. The Mid/T-case takes the most amount of work with it bolting to the IFS skid, crossmember and the frame. Its also a heavy bitch. I'm hoping for most of it they just need to take off the front one.

I wouldn't say anything to the service adviser when you drop it off. If anything that's the person that would try and up-sell some labor fee or some crap like that.

Yeah I'll try that, my dealership here has been pretty good so I hope they don't say anything. The front only weighs 25lbs and uses 6 bolts to attach it but then another 3 to the other skid.

Just because it works doesn't mean it's necessarily good for the system as a whole. The old brake fluid could potentially get moisture/ contaminates in it, and since brake fluid is water soluble the protection that the fluid itself places in the system, over time it could gum up, swell seals, damage parts, the master cylinder upon replacing the fluid, the caliper, brake proportioning valves, the ABS modulator. I digress, but also, in 280,000 miles, there is always chance you could had boiled over the fluid at least once, once you boil it, you lose a good amount of protection that the fluid offers as well. Something to think about I suppose.

Then again, 280K is great, at that point, any repairs made on it I would say are well beyond justified. Two sides to the thought process on that.

my 2016 drive shaft has grease fittings. When I greased them, I also tightened the "U" bolts / nuts on the leaf springs. All seemed okay to me.
