proper wheel offset and backspacing on 3in lift

    Bilstein 5100's all around with OME 885s in front . 265/75/16. 5k hid, Fog 3k. Anytime fog light mod. Grillecraft upper and lower. Firestone airbags. Daystar Cradles. Illuminated 4x4 switch. Scan Guage II. LR UCA.
    running ome 885 and bilstein 5100 with spacer for the 3in lift. just added the LR uca and got alignment finally good no rubbing on 265/75/16 at3 while running a 16x8 -6 offset with 4.25in backspacing. wanting to goto a 285 havnt made mind up on wheel size yet but trying to figure out what backspacing and offset is good without rubbing. if anyone can help much appreciated

    I'm no expert on this, but from what I have researched it seems that a 4.5 bs is pretty common for a 3" lift. Hope it helps.

    mostly stock, grocery gettin' Prius
    I know with our trucks, 4.5 BS is what you want like stated above. I got 4.5" BS and I still rubbed. If you don't wanna rub/trim/cut/chop, get 265s..

    I have 285's on a 9" wide/17" wheel with a 4.75 BS. with no Trimming required.
