Proper Wire Gauge For Switch to Relay?

12 Volt outlet in bed, Leer Topper, UltraGauge, second battery

I just added some rear facing work lights on my truck and was preparing to wire the switch on the dash to the relay in the bed of my truck however I need some assistance.

What gauge of wire should I use for wiring the switch to the relay?

Thanks for the advice!

Doesn't have to be large gauge wire for that, 18-20 ga should be fine.

It doesn't take much at all to energize a relay so your wire need not be large.
