    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
    Im working on the CXracing turbo kit. So far costs have been sub $3k but I got a bit lucky with some used parts. If you plan it right, you can do a turbo setup for a comparable price as the TRD SC and get better power. Just make sure you save money for a new turbo when the china turbo shits the bed... :eek:
    You can get a decent trans shop to adjust the shift pressure of your VB without breaking the bank with IPT. Not quite as good but better than nothing.
    Im using an ebay Fleco 255lph pump for $50. Seen some ppl on other forums use it with good results and its running just fine so far (very quiet too).

    My averaged MPG is below. Can't speak to what the truck got pre-S/C as I bought it already installed. Love the power, particularly when in the mountains.

    EDIT: Figured I'd check Fuelly and see what other '09 Taco V6 owners were getting for their average MPG... makes me pleased with my numbers: http://www.fuelly.com/car/toyota/tacoma/2009/gas v6 While this is subjective, it's more concrete than anything else I've seen in the thread :D.

    If you've already made the conscious decision to opt for the TRD SC installation, chances are you're not too worried about the "cons" of it in the bigger picture.

    We can fight about MPG's all we want, but I think most of you guys are over thinking that aspect: you buy a TRD SC for the POWER and nothing else. Everyone has different 'weights' on their skinny pedal foot so what one person thinks is outstanding MPG's another person might not.

    Factory warranted 304hp in a mid size pickup----that "pro" should overshadow any con you can scrutinize. Bolt on mods with the TRD SC is just the icing on the cake.
