    Pros: Only for the dealership - you get to increase their profits by the expensive sale and repair of your 3rd gen.

    Cons: Numerous, just read the 3rd gen threads. Howling frame and diff, CPS strands, minivan engine mismatch with low-fluid bad-programmed transmission, etc.

    If you're considering the Pro, then I'd say get it. It has more options out of the box, and the cement color would be a good choice too since it's exclusive to the Pro models of Tacomas.
