    ^This.

I had the predators - could not get rid of them fast enough. All these predator style steps are too high to be of much help and the step is not located where it should be... AND the steps are too low to avoid getting hit.

A hit will destroy your steps AND multiply damage to the cab by impacting the cab mounting points - because that is where they mount. I'd stay clear of anything mounting to the underside of the cab.

Just watch that your foot doesn't slip thru and you fall and break an ankle.

They seem like they stick out as much as the predators. Hope I’m wrong.

My coworker's wife did exactly that when it was snowy.

Oh that's too bad, when looking the wife suggested something along these lines to prevent that, and they have worked out well
so far. Standing on them to clean the top of the roof and windshield is nice too.

Not that my opinion matters, but get whatever you are gonna actually use. I paid a lot of money for my rock sliders that I got from a small fan shop, but they double as steps so that my lady can get into the truck, give me a boost when I and cleaning my truck after getting it dirty, or putting stuff on my roof rack, like the ridiculously small Christmas tree she wanted this past year lol, shit was like 3 ft! But anyways they give me peace of mind when I have given it the beans. IMG_3572.jpg IMG_0899.jpg IMG_6311.jpg

My steps are super useful for my 3yr old twin boys. I ask them about once a month if they still need them and they say yes. Once they say no pretty consistently I’ll switch to sliders. So I guess my opinion is they’re useful if you have 3 year old twins!

Cons you have a truck with side steps. Only pro is if your crazy short. I have 295's 2" ish lift and I don't need steps to get in. That's saying somthing as I am not a limber individual these days.

Close.... not sure. There is no place to put your foot on the Predator but low and only the step when getting out, even that's awkward - or you reach out (try) and not soil back pant leg (I'm 5'10") w/ your leg trying to avoid step altogether. W/ the Iron Bison's you can put your left flat on the platform, then use that to push right leg out to avoid the mud on pants. I'm talking driver getting out, of course.

Regardless, the Bison flat design will not have step holding a bucket of mud or ice/snow. And looks a lot better as well.

The tires and rims look great. I have a stock 2020 trd pro and it's time for new tires and looking to upgrade wheels too. Could you let me know what size those tires are? I'm looking to stay stock. And what brand, size/width rims and offset are they? One last question. If you did go bigger do you have any rubbing issues or did you lift?

Those look really nice. They have a rock slider feel to them...beefy. I am not a big fan of the Predator steps. I definitely do the "alligator slide" :D as the the steps are perfectly positioned for my left foot when getting into the truck, but have nothing for where same foot wants to go when getting out. Wife feels the same so I am looking for replacements. IronBison may be it.

    Thanks!
