PRS Norcal Summer 2010 Camping trip /wheeling!

Damn just saw this.....that would be way cool and fun. Ill bring the wakeboard. Bumping this thread so it doesn't get lost in the mix as we plan for this. June will be sooner as we know it. Plus it will be a few days after my bday!!!!

Put me down for this and the GF.

 

Everyone I was just browsing their website. There are a few camp sites that have showers. Some with hot and some with cold. Im not sure how everyone feels about having a shower. If there are those who want to shower then maybe we should make reservation at those campsites. What do y'all think?

 

You can add my GF to the list too sorry I didn't make that clear. As for the showers go it might be good just to have it up just in case.

 

Yeah... we will probably find one near a shower. I dont really care much... It's camping. But, my wife will want to be close to a shower. I plan to make my reservation in feb. want to make sure I get a good spot. If those who are attending can I would suggest making it then to. so we can be close to each other.

 

My GF will probably want the ability to shower too and I think it's a good idea to plan in Feb.

 

I will contact them soon and make my reservation .. then post here where I am and whats available around it.

Yeah my kid is going to be like 4months old. So I won't be traveling much

When you think about it, the 20 of feb will prob be the last time I will be able to do anything, before fatherhood!!!

Update here.

So, I called to try to make my reservation and as of now they do not even know if their two main campgrounds will be open. They are working on funding issues to prep the area. There is one camp ground open but there are no showers. Lake Mendocino is the only campground around with showers. I am in no matter what. I dont need showers. So just wanted to give you guys an update. There is tons of places to camp up there. Plenty with running water and facilities just not showers. I will update again when i have more information.

 

I can go a weekend without a shower

 

I really like the idea of the lake. So I think im going to go ahead and book in the available campground.
