    I'm about done with Far Cry 5. I am 99.5% on the standard game, still working thru the DLCs. I started Far Cry 3 since it was free with 5 ultimate but it's clunky compared to 5.

    I've got 3 Pro's and one launch edition. I bought the Destiny white version because that's about all I play and I kind of like the white. I gave my daughter one of my black pro's and I've got the other pro sitting in a backpack that I used to keep up at work before I retired from the Fire Dept. I haven't even turned on the launch edition in a couple of years.

    That one you posted is nice but the only thing that makes it stand out is the 2TB HD. I don't need (or want) a camera or stand. If I were in the market for one I would definitely pick one up but I'm pretty PS4 heavy at the moment lol.

    My advice? If you want to get a PS4 go ahead and grab one. They are relatively inexpensive. I've heard rumblings of a PS5 coming out but I wouldn't look for one before 2020. Even after that, the way they have been going there will be a two or three year refresh so it will be the PS5 pro / Xbox 1 XXXXXXX whatever. There is never a good time to jump on anything electronic. If you're in the market, grab one. I play everyday so I get my money's worth out of them. I don't mind spending the money on something that is going to get used everyday (sometimes for over 8-10 hrs if I'm honest).

    The answer is still the same lol. That one you posted is nice. If I were in the market for a new one that would be it mainly for the 2TB HD. I wouldn't look for the PS5 for another 2 years. I could be wrong though. ;)

    First... I should read the posts better lol.

    Second... If you're happy with the original PS4 it should last you until the PS5 comes out. If you're not using a 4k UHD TV then upgrading to a Pro wouldn't make much sense except for the extra 500GB on the drive. If you "are" using a 4K TV then I would say absolutely yes to the Pro. There is a performance boost that you get with the Pro and it is noticeable with certain games. But the big payoff is the 4K and how much better games look in 4K than 1080P.

    I stream (and record) our games all the time and it's nice being able to stream in 1080P. That probably isn't important to you but as much as we play, we stream all the time.

    This is what it looks like on the Pro. Me and a buddy racing in Gran Turismo Sport.
